Meet Alegre

Hi! I'm Alegre Fowler, massage therapist and maker of fermented delights and herbal wellness products. 

An NHI Advanced Program graduate, I love effecting change for each body on my table.  Each massage is unique for every body, every time.  

Whether you're seeing me for buccal face massage, area-specific therapeutic massage, or lymphatic movement, my goal is to work with you to create relief from pain.

I firmly believe in the healing value of therapeutic bodywork, whether on its own or as a component of a holistic approach to wellness.

When I'm not practicing massage, you can find me sweating in the hot room practicing yoga or Pilates, on the road chasing hot springs or waterfalls, or playing in the kitchen or garden.
